What You’ll Get To Do In This Role:
· Partner Practice Development – Drive joint business planning, account alignment, and industry solution growth with your partners to fuel innovation and customer value.
· Strategic Planning & Investment – Guide partner goal setting, capacity models, and strategic investments to accelerate partner performance and ecosystem impact.
· Ecosystem Management & Collaboration – Lead readiness assessments, roadmap sessions, cross-functional engagement, and progress tracking across ecosystem health and tiering.
· Partner Governance & Performance – Create and manage execution plans, reporting dashboards, and regional/global interlocks to ensure continuous alignment and results.
· Joint GTM & Innovation – Collaborate with partners to co-create go-to-market strategies around key growth areas like AI, CRM, and digital transformation.
· Enablement & Capacity Building – Ensure partners have the right certifications, competencies, and co-delivery capabilities to ensure scalable, high-quality customer outcomes.
· Executive Engagement – Facilitate strategic QBRs, pipeline reviews, and executive briefings to align vision and priorities across teams.
· Marketing Collaboration – Partner with Marketing to design and execute joint campaigns, CxO events, and field activations that drive demand and thought leadership.
