Required Skills & Experience:
· Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
· Hands-on experience building on ServiceNow with strong scripting and debugging skills
· Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and agile development practices.
· A maker mindset, you love experimenting, learning fast, and showing ideas through working solutions.
· Comfortable working in an autonomous Squad, able to manage your own priorities while staying aligned with team goals and maintaining open communication, especially under pressure.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
· Ability to simplify complex challenges, make sound trade-offs, and build quickly based on feedback.
· Passion for emerging technologies and customer-centric innovation.
