What We’re Looking For
· 5+ years designing or architecting enterprise solutions that combine business vision with technical depth.
· 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience (architecture, implementation, or strategic platform ownership).
· Ability to understand the “bigger picture” and the business drivers for using AI and Automation technologies.
· Strong communication and storytelling skills — you know how to make the complex feel clear, whether you’re talking to developers or C-suite leaders.
· Proven ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear business language and practical applications for both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Workshop facilitation skills with a knack for reading the room and building trust quickly.
· A passion for learning — you’re curious about new technologies (especially AI) and quick to connect them to customer value.
· Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting on the fly — you see opportunity where others see “too messy.”
· Collaborative, empathetic, and driven by impact.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $162,600 - $284,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
