Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Principal Technical Consultant in ServiceNow to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and advisory services, with proven expertise in IT Asset Management HAM and SAM and IT Operations Management Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, CSDM and Integrations.
As a Principal Technical Consultant, you will Lead technical solution design and delivery, ensuring scalable and maintainable implementations aligned with best practices.
Translate customer business requirements into robust ServiceNow solutions, guiding the client on ITAM and ITOM adoption and maturity.
Configure and implement ServiceNow out of the box functionalities, ensuring solutions are tested and validated before delivery.
Provide thought leadership, mentor other consultants, and act as a trusted advisor for complex customer engagements Leverage deep knowledge of IT processes.
ITIL and infrastructure including servers, middleware, databases, networks, cloud, and Kubernetes to integrate ServiceNow solutions with customer environments.
Drive adoption and business value realization, working closely with client stakeholders to ensure successful deployments.
Focus Areas: IT Asset Management HAM and SAM covering lifecycle management, procurement to disposal, license optimization, and compliance for major vendors such as Adobe, Microsoft, Oracle and IBM IT Operations Management Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB, CSDM and Integrations covering building and maintaining accurate CMDB, aligning with CSDM, leveraging Service Graph Connectors, Spokes and other native integrations in addition to custom solutions Security Operations SecOps desirable covering incident response, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, and security workflows.
