Required Skills & Qualifications
•ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) minimum; Certified Master Architect (CMA) strongly preferred
•Strong experience leading implementations and deployments across multiple ServiceNow product families (ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, CAM, SPM, ITAM)
•Familiarity with large-scale cloud discovery and integrations (Azure and AWS)
• Proven ability to govern and guide platform health, data strategy, compliance-driven environments, and large enterprise adoption.
•Strong consultative skills: able to influence senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders with outcome-based roadmaps.
•Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical architecture into measurable business value.
•Excellent communication, executive presentation, and collaborative skills.
•Clearance or ability to gain Public Trust clearance is required.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $162,000.00-$264,000.00, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.
Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
