· Proven experience in partner management, alliances, channel sales, or strategic consulting—preferably in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology ecosystems.
· Strong business acumen with a passion for partner planning, performance management, and GTM alignment.
· Ability to communicate complex programs clearly and inclusively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
· Comfortable enabling and coaching partner leaders through structured enablement journeys and planning tools.
· Familiar with ecosystem tools and platforms like partner portals, dashboards, or co-sell workflows.
· Strategic thinker and collaborative doer, with a bias for action, accountability, and continuous learning.
· Enthusiastic relationship-builder with the ability to earn trust, influence outcomes, and work across functions.
· Travel flexibility (~10%) for strategic partner meetings, team offsites, and customer-facing engagements.
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $114,540 - $189,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
