Innovation Manager, Global Sales Development

About the Role
We’re looking for an AI Innovation & Messaging Manager to join the Global Sales Development (GSD) Center of Excellence. This highly visible role will work directly with executive leaders across Sales and Marketing to bring to life our most strategic priorities—driving AI-powered SDR transformation, building world-class messaging strategies, and ensuring operational excellence across the business. You’ll be a connector, orchestrator, and operator, focused on turning vision into action.
What You’ll Do
Advance AI Innovation: Lead cross-functional pilots and rollouts that embed AI into the SDR workflow. Align closely with Product, Ops, and Enablement to drive experimentation, scale what works, and deliver measurable results.
Lead Messaging Strategy Execution: Operationalize how we develop and deploy strategic outreach messaging across personas, segments, and regions. Partner with Product Marketing and Field teams to ensure consistency and relevance.
Drive Executive-Level Priorities: Serve as a trusted partner to Sales and Marketing leadership. Leading planning cycles, prepping key forums, and helping coordinate cross-functional decision-making.
Orchestrate Key Workstreams: Own high-priority, often ambiguous projects across the GSD organization. Bring structure, accountability, and forward momentum to complex initiatives.
Elevate Business Rhythm: Drive the operating cadence of the GSD, including leadership meetings, quarterly reviews, and program milestones. Ensure teams are aligned, prepped, and focused on what matters most.
