Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

  • The Field Marketing Manager, is an individual contributor role and part of the regional team responsible for DACH and CEE. The main responsibilities are:

  • Main contact for the EMEA solutions team for localisation, and communicating associated events/campaigns/digital with local DACH marketing.
  • Liason to commerical sales team for marketing updates
  • Lead follow-up tracking for events
  • Chief of Staff: includes the operational running of the marketing team with budget management, management of the local vendors/agencies, coordinating the team marketing plan and associated newsletter (template for quarterly review, performance) the marketing meetings. Performance tracking and measurement: providing data and reporting on the quarterly pipeline, events, campaigns, and updates for sales teams.

What else:

  • Work cross-functionally with regional sales teams and central EMEA teams such as PR, Exec Engagement, Digital, and Partner
  • As needed provide end-to-end logistical campaign support including contract negotiation, vendor management and POs
  • Understand event management, implement the pre, during and post event activity
  • Engage with Account Development Reps to track lead follow-up, qualification, and conversion
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • The role requires you to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholder groups internally and externally, within the region, and outside of the region
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in business with focus on Marketing, or equivalent practical experience
  • Several years of field marketing experience in a business to business technology company
  • Exceptional communication skills in German and English
  • Ability to travel within DACH/CEE (up to 20%)
  • Familiar with BI tools, CRM, Tableau and other digital marketing tools
  • Comfortable working/coordinating/communicating with colleagues who are geographically dispersed
  • Strategic and creative mind, understanding all facets of field marketing and international business
  • Experience in regional marketing, marketing operations and localisation processes, with the ability to clearly collaborate plans with multiple teams
