Join our vibrant team as a Regional Partner Enablement Strategist, where you'll be instrumental in empowering ServiceNow's top partners to build and sustain successful businesses. You will collaborate with ServiceNow & partner stakeholders to support the partner talent and revenue goals.
Job Summary:
Reporting directly to the Director of EMEA Partner Talent Excellence, you will bring creativity and agility to the development of strategic partner enablement and learning plans that align with your target partners' go-to-market strategies and executed to meet the goals and objectives of the partner organization.
Responsible for stakeholder management of the partner and the conduit to the entities/functional leaders aligned to the global plan. Your role involves close collaboration with ServiceNow stakeholders to understand the partners’ business direction and the talent required to support it. Build and execute the annual plan utilizing offerings and services from the PE Services Hub. Ensure plan for the year is successfully executed to meet the partner goals and objectives.

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry.

Responsibilities:
Regional Talent Plan Collaboration and Design:
· Own the annual plan lifecycle and its successful fulfillment.
· Proactively engage with appropriate internal stakeholders, strategic partner representatives, partner sales management and partner program teams to identify, define, prioritize, recommend, and develop successful training and enablement plans for target partners.
Value Proposition Advocacy:
· Present and advocate for ServiceNow's value proposition and strategies, empowering partners to establish highly effective ServiceNow partnerships.
Needs Assessments:
· Conduct needs assessments to understand and document partners' desired business outcomes related to their ServiceNow practice and align it to ServiceNow’s strategy.
Capacity and Talent Planning:
· Develop and execute capacity, talent, and New Product Introduction (NPI) plans to ensure partners are well-positioned for successful build, sales, pre-sales, and delivery capacity.
Expertise Development:
· Become an expert in the full ServiceNow Training catalog and product portfolio, providing recommendations for new or expanded offerings based on partner requirements.
Relationship Management
· Ensure your partner is “in the know” and there is alignment between ServiceNow and partner growth strategies. Maintain alignment with internal Partner Programs team to incentivize and track partner enablement strategy, training, and certification performance.
Innovative Scaling Methods:
· Create innovative methods to help partners scale their practice resources and skills, focusing on making offerings repeatable across the ServiceNow partner ecosystem.
· Identify key gaps in knowledge and processes - and work with all levels of leadership (internal and external) and the PE organization to ensure identification and deployment of appropriate training needed to address those needs.
Metrics Design and Data Analysis:
· Leverage the central data and reporting team to share reports and insights on partner talent. Analyze and extract valuable lessons learned to put into action.
