To be successful in this role you have:
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in solution consulting, with at least 3 years in leadership roles overseeing solution consultants or similar functions in the Mid-Market space. Proven track record in managing complex deals, driving customer success, and leading large, diverse teams.
• Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the Mid-Market customer segment, including their unique challenges, opportunities, and buying behaviors. Experience working within the enterprise software space, particularly in cloud-based solutions, is highly preferred.
• Leadership: Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, develop, and guide teams. Strong track record of building high-performing teams and creating a positive, inclusive culture.
• Communication & Influence: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, sales teams, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Results-Oriented: Strong focus on driving results, with a proven ability to meet and exceed business goals. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $171,675 to $283,275, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.
Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
