To be successful in this role you have:
- Current location in Minneapolis, MN and/or Bay Area, California
- 7+ years knowledge on return on investment of Employee Experience Workflows to lead solution win (i.e SaaS for HCM, HRMS, and/or other HR solutions)
- 5+ years experience in Enterprise segment (Companies with 5K+ employees)
- Ideal candidate has experience selling to large Retailers with HQs in Minneapolis or the Bay Area, CA
- Experience as an Enterprise AE, Enterprise Solution Sales Specialist, or equivalent quota-carrying sales role
- Understanding of business sales processes
- Travel required: 30-50%

For this position in Minneapolis, MN we offer a base pay of $ 123,300 - $183,400 plus equity, variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
