· 15+ years of experience in learning and development or instructional design with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategy-focused role.
· Demonstrated experience in driving learning innovation, including the creation of scalable frameworks for discovery and experimentation. Proficiency in design thinking to ensure learner-centric strategy and design.
· Proven track record in developing and implementing large-scale learning programs that drive business performance.
· Expertise in leveraging advanced learning technologies, such as AI, ML, and gamification, to enhance learning experiences.
· Experience with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
· Strong background in needs assessment, curriculum design, and program evaluation.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $186,400 - $335,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
