To be successful in this role you have:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 8 or more years of experience in presales solution consulting
• 5 or more years of experience leading individual contributors in a matrixed presales organization
• A commitment to continuous learning and innovation, and the ability to coach, mentor and lead change
• Extensive experience managing multi-tiered customer relationships
• A consistent record of meeting and exceeding regional team quotas
• Experience attracting, retaining, and developing high-performing talent through assessing, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development
• Experience managing a growing team across different geographical locations
• Strong knowledge and demonstrated skills in presales, customer presentations, and relationship building
• Good technical skills and knowledge of enterprise software platforms
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities to derive insights and drive positive results
• Proven track record of selling solutions to the technology or system integrator consulting market
• Excellent organization, communication, teamwork, presentation, problem-solving, and time management skills
• A professional attitude, strong work ethic, humility, and excellent team-building, communication, and listening skills

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $126,375 - $208,425, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
