Role
The Inbound Product Manager resides within the Product Organization. This role is extraordinarily collaborative, working not only with peer inbound and outbound product managers, but also cross-functionally with engineering, QE, design, documentation, sales, and others.
If you are passionate about shaping the product’s strategy, getting to know its customers and users, and developing solutions which solve real customer problems, this role is for you!
What you get to do in this role:
Evaluate competitive and market data, along with product analytics and financial data, to develop a point of view on product priorities. Write business cases for investments and deliver these insights in senior-level management meetings.
Build and manage a backlog of customer and/or market validated ideas and requirements which translate to a clear minimum viable product with differentiators.
- Execute Product Development:
Work with user experience and engineering teams to bring ideas to life. Collaborate with other ServiceNow product teams to resolve and execute cross-team dependencies. Ensure successful delivery of product releases.
- Product Enablement and Success:
Collaborate with outbound product management, sales, marketing, education services and other product teams to cement product success. Develop enablement collateral which helps to create the “whole product.”
- Create and Grow Partnerships:
Explore and pitch inorganic methods of providing solutions which solve problems for customers. Create a strategy for technical and strategic partnerships which further the product team’s goals.
