Overview
We are looking to add a star performer with experience in Technology/SaaS, to evaluate and help improve our Go To Market activities. The Global GTM Programs team runs critical cross-functional initiatives that will improve how we sell to and serve our customers.
As a GTM Strategist & Program Manager, you will develop recommendations across a wide variety of go-to-market challenges, run fact-based analyses, and present to senior-level leaders for buy-in. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to scope programs, define critical paths to solving unstructured problems, and co-develop actionable recommendations. The ability to communicate and work collaboratively with a variety of teams and personalities is essential.

In this role you will...
- Lead global programs for ServiceNow; work cross-functionally to structure problems, and drive solutions and actionable recommendations
- Develop program scope and objectives, actively manage roadblocks and risks, and deliver on business outcomes
- Orchestrate program execution, coordinate resources and deliverables across multiple workstreams and manage cross functional stakeholders
- Conduct discovery research, including stakeholder interviews and rigorous data analyses
- Create presentations, playbooks, and other deliverables that summarize key findings, recommendations, and go-forward strategy
- Provide regular updates on the program to senior management stakeholders
- Ensure the voice of the customer and the field is reflected in how we evolve the GTM across our business
- Develop trust with stakeholders while helping navigate complexities
