The role overview:
In this role you will work with global cross-functional teams to help stand up Security programs and ensure adoption and promotion of these programs using organizational change management best practices.
You will provide guidance by partnering closely with the corporate PM functions and engage communications and team members to come up with a comprehensive OCM plan. Develop and implement change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder analysis, communications, training, and resistance management.
