· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
· 10+ years in ServiceNow Consulting, Sales, Strategy development, Go to market, Product Development, Talent Acquisition, HR, or other related fields.
· Proven experience in sales, preferably within the technology or software industry with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
· Strong understanding of the roles and functions within organizations that use or implement ServiceNow.
· Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify customer and partner challenges and provide effective workforce solutions.
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
· Experience creating and executing roadmaps and training materials.
· Familiarity with talent acquisition strategies and best practices is a plus.
· Strong public speaking, presentation and written skills (including the development of plans, presentations and show flows).
· The candidate should be committed to ongoing learning and development and be open to receiving action-oriented feedback aligned to clear expectations.
· Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodology, practices and tools a plus.

For positions in New York City, we offer a base pay of $173,100 - $302,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
