The Product Testing manager is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and developing testing processes and strategy for Go To Market Channel and Sales products. You will play a crucial role in partnering with Digital Technology teams and stakeholders in leading comprehensive user testing strategies. You are responsible for developing testing approach, scope, and objectives to meet quality and testing standards. This is a people manager role with direct reports of full time employees and contractors. You will lead a high performing team located is US and India.

What you will get to do:

  • Play a highly visible role in leading product testing on behalf of business functions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand feature roadmap
  • Partner with product management, developers, and quality engineers to deliver quality testing methods
  • Drive innovation with Gen AI and automation framework
  • Manage end to end user acceptance testing deliverables and monitor results
  • Manage test related documentation, test plans, and test reports
  • Develop close loop improvements by collecting feedback and executing improvement plans
  • Thrive in a complex matrixed environment to solve challenges

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • BA in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems
  • 8+ years background in product testing with 4+ years in a manager role
  • Sales domain experience (CRM, CPQ) and overall experience with Got to Market functions
  • Ability to build trust and win as a team mentality
  • Ability to communicate and present at the leadership and executive level
  • Deep problem solver and knows how to overcome challenges
  • Track record of being successful in cross functional and matrixed organization
  • Breadth of knowledge in both technical and business acumen
  • Able to prioritize and multi task across several projects, demands, and customer needs
