The Expert Programs team provides the most advanced members of our ecosystem with the training and recognition that rewards their expertise and years of experience. Partner with these experts to promote them and keep them current.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Lead Program Owner of all Expert Programs curricula (ArchX, CIWF, new architect programs, etc.)
  • Driving the need for performance-based assessments through job task analysis.
  • Design and help develop collaborative learning offerings. i.e.e cohort style programs.
  • Drive consistency, quality and learning impact of Expert Programs by managing the strategy design, competency framework and implementation of curricula and learning experiences
  • Collaborate with Learning Strategy Program Managers to ensure timely and effective delivery of learning strategies and learning experiences
  • Work closely with Delivery Managers and Curriculum Development team to ensure objectives, deliverables, and timelines for curriculum development are met
  • Work with team members, SMEs, and Curriculum Development to design curriculum plans for future Expert Programs opportunities
  • Responsible for ensuring continuous improvement opportunities and release updates are reflected in learning materials
  • Incorporate results of program feedback and data analysis
  • Incorporate learning best practices into new programs and existing curricula
  • Evaluate learning program efficacy
  • Evaluate instructional design and digital content quality
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure technology and platforms reflects learning best practices
  • Market and communicate the value of the program to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Primary contact with sales and partner teams
  • Lead the certification efforts for Expert Programs, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices
  • Drive consistency, quality, and impact of the Certification program by managing the strategy design, capability framework, and implementation of performance assessments and job task analysis

Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • Experience designing and developing expert training programs for demanding technical organizations
  • Experience of Performance-based assessments (PBA’s)
  • Experience of Job Task Analysis (JTA’s)
  • Excellent project and program management and organization skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods including understanding of training trends, emerging technology, and best practices
  • An understanding of diverse learning needs which vary across countries, regions and business units
  • A creative perspective and eye for detail
  • A resourceful “roll up your sleeves and get things done” mentality
