Global Business Operations team at ServiceNow owns and supports New Product Introduction, New Services Introduction, Pricing Strategy & Operations for the entire company.

Role

We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Manager who can be a trusted advisor to the Senior Director, Business Operations and a respected partner to cross-functional peers. This role will have high visibility and involvement in both strategic and operational aspects of the company wide initiatives. Further, we are looking for someone with the experience, innovative DNA, and leadership skills to own operational responsibilities as well as lead the execution of highly cross-functional programs to support the tremendous growth company is going through.

What You’ll Get To Do In This Role

  • Drive the strategy, planning, and budgeting for the Global Business Operations Team in alignment with the Corporate and Ops strategic priorities
  • Work across leadership teams to define and manage an annual portfolio of initiatives and KPIs aligned with strategic priorities and key objectives
  • Drive the periodic business performance review (QSR, QBR, Monthly Executive Package) and other team initiatives and sprints that help improve team’s performance and efficiency
  • Support other Biz Ops related responsibilities such as headcount planning, site strategy, program governance, offsite, all-hands, extended staff execution
  • Serve as a key advisor and thought partner to the Operations, BU, & Sales leaders
  • Own and lead corporate wide Go to Market and operational initiatives that drive operational excellence, sales effectiveness, revenue growth, digital transformation, and better customer experience
  • Collaborate closely with BU, Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional leadership to identify, analyze, and act on critical business challenges and opportunities
  • Build an intimate understanding of the business’s key drivers, proactively proposing ways to increase business performance and efficiency
  • Be part of the end-to-end lifecycle of a project, from strategy to operationalization to execution to results
  • Own and drive the execution, reporting, and reviews of the strategic New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives at different level across many GTM functions across the company
  • Be part of a small, but mighty team to support the Company’s hypergrowth

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For In You

  • 12+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in technology strategy, operations, finance, and program management functions
  • Strong leadership, execution, partnering, and influence abilities
  • Top-notch business process and financial understanding, data analytics and problem-solving skills, with an ability to synthesize disparate information and data into actionable recommendations
  • Track record of partnering cross-functionally to deliver quality results
  • Outstanding organizational and communication (verbal, written, and presentation) skills
  • Ability to understand big picture, high level goals and objectives and navigate through ambiguity to create a clear path of execution to drive results; has experience in using management framework like OKR, MBO
  • Effective team player who is also an independent thinker
  • Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment
  • Knowledge of the SaaS space and business model a plus
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and take on whatever tasks necessary to get the job done
  • Masters desired

For positions in the District of Columbia, we offer a base pay of $143,300 - $250,700, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
