Job Description

What You Get to Do in This Role:

  • Build and develop a diverse, high-performing team of specialists to drive business productivity and innovation.

  • Drive relevance to customers and ensure customer commitment to the ServiceNow solution

  • Work with regional sales managers to prioritize Solution Consulting efforts

  • Evaluate team members regularly through analysis of direct observation, peer feedback and sales feedback

Country Management Team: You will participate in strategic planning and decision-making at the country level, contributing your unique insights and expertise to drive the growth and success of ServiceNow in Sweden.

Thought Leadership: Acting as a thought leader, you will be expected to stay ahead of industry trends, contribute to relevant discussions, and represent ServiceNow at industry events and forums.

The manager’s role in our organization is crucial as a leader, strategist, and influencer, driving our vision and shaping the future of ServiceNow in Sweden.

This role will report to the director of solution consulting, in Sweden.

Qualifications

Who You Are

You are a dynamic, innovative leader with a passion for technology and a proven track record in technical sales. You have a diverse background with a strong inclination towards technology. You have a history of pre-sales leadership and have successfully built and led high-performing teams.

Your skills and experiences include:

  • Technical Expertise: You have a strong technical background, either selling or implementing software.

  • Sales Leadership: You have a proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in pre-sales.

  • Team Building and Management: You have experience recruiting and managing diverse, upbeat, world-class pre-sales teams.

  • Strategic Thinking: You are a strategic thinker who can see the big picture.

  • Communication and Collaboration: You are an excellent communicator and collaborator.

  • Customer Focus: You have a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience working in a fast-growing IT environment including software, cloud, or customer experience of the same

  • 5+ years’ experience in presales

  • Experience managing presales teams as 1st line management

  • Deep experience with the Swedish market and experience selling and gaining access to Swedish customers’ senior management

  • Understanding of standard approaches to coaching, mentoring, and management of individual contributors

  • Ability to motivate and inspire a growing team of Presales Solutions Consultants

  • Fluent in Swedish and English language
