We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer (ServiceNow Developer) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing solutions for our Customer Service Management (CSM) and industry verticals products. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized solutions, automate processes, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure seamless integrations within our industry verticals. Additionally, you will play a key role in gathering feedback and staying updated on industry trends to continuously enhance and refine our ServiceNow CSM and industry vertical offerings.

5. Deliver engaging software demonstrations and workshops to sales teams and stakeholders, articulating the value proposition of our ServiceNow CSM product and its benefits.
6. Continuously gather feedback from stakeholders and the sales team to refine and enhance future solutions, staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
