Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

  • Manage a team of SRE-DevOps engineers and provide technical guidance, feedback, and career development.
  • Establish and track service level indicators, objectives, and agreements for our products and services.
  • Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure and systems.
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures for incident management, root cause analysis, and postmortems.
  • Promote automation, observability, and self-service across the organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives to enhance the reliability and performance of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on priorities, communicate issues, and share best practices


To be successful in this role you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or similar roles, with at least 2 years of experience in managing or leading teams.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or OCI, and cloud-native technologies, such as Kubernetes, Docker, or Terraform.
  • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages, such as Python, Ruby, Go, or Java.
  • Expertise in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting distributed systems and microservices architectures.
  • Experience in using and developing tools and frameworks for automation, monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for learning new technologies and methodologies and applying them to improve reliability and performance.
  • Ability to work in shifts (that cover one weekend day) and overlapping hours with other regions.
