The People Insights Team leverages data to help leaders and other stakeholders across ServiceNow make better decisions about people. You will play a lead role in consulting with business stakeholders, running analyses, and delivering insights that drive action both in the Global People Team and the business at-large. The role will be heavily focused on Learning & Development analytics. You will design and run analyses, automate reports, collaborate closely with IT partners, and fill in the gaps with your expertise to ensure the right data gets in front of the right people at the right time.

· Use data to "tell the story" about our talent
· Present and communicate findings and status reports for key learning KPIs across our learner ecosystem
· Scope and build PowerBI Dashboards and other tools that will help stakeholders understand how and when they need to take action
· Collaborate heavily with our Leadership & Development Leadership Team to understand learning, training, program evaluation and ensure data are leveraged to make decisions and drive actions
· This role will also leverage analytics to support other Global People functions when needed (talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, skills)
· Leverage tools, such as PowerBI, SQL, and Excel to drive efficient insights
· Communicate findings to senior management via formal presentations, standard management reporting artifacts on periodic/quarterly/annual basis.
· Partner with our centralized IT analytics team to improve operating efficiencies/effectiveness and work with internal teams to automate or streamline data collection processes
