Job Description

What you get to do in this role:

  • Deliver in-person and virtual training programs with enthusiasm and energy, to engage learners and help build a culture of learning at ServiceNow.
  • Contribute to certification exam materials, including scenarios, multiple-choice, and other item formats for testing ServiceNow platform knowledge.
  • Learn highly technical products quickly using pre-release documentation and pre-release software and hardware.
  • Use exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including virtual/online delivery of multi-day classes.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Minimum 3 years hands on experience implementing end to end solutions in a client environment with a background in any of ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, HRM, Security or CSM being essential.
  • Good understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS or JavaScript)
  • Experience with Web Services, API’s and Database-level integrations
  • Excellent facilitation skills and proven experience delivering both soft skill and technical curriculum
  • Experience delivering both virtually and in person technical workshops
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience using ServiceNow as a customer or partner / understand platform Service Now
  • Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO and other similar technologies
  • Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Information Technology
