We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager Partner Enablement to join our ServiceNow NextGen Program team. As a Senior Manager Partner Enablement, you will play a pivotal role in managing strategic partnerships, overseeing our community-based nonprofit and government partnerships. This is a critical position that requires exceptional relationship-building skills, a strong understanding of the nonprofit sector, and the ability to drive impactful collaborations.

· Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and management.
· Manage and cultivate strategic partnerships with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and other key stakeholders in the Americas, EMEA and APJ regions.
· Oversee the development and execution of CBO partnerships, government programs, and grants management within the ServiceNow NextGen Program.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between program goals, partner objectives, and organizational strategies.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify partnership opportunities and develop innovative solutions that support the NextGen Program's objectives.
· Serve as a primary point of contact for partner organizations, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
· Develop and implement partnership strategies to expand the reach and impact of the NextGen Program.
· Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, tracking program metrics, and providing regular reports to stakeholders.
· Lead and participate in meetings, conferences, and events to promote the NextGen Program and build relationships with key stakeholders.
· Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the nonprofit and government sectors.
· Manage and mentor a team of partnership coordinators and support staff.
