· The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of current industry-wide technological trends and be well-versed in the latest developments in ServiceNow products. This includes staying up-to-date with advancements like AI and Machine Learning, among other areas of interest.
· Proven experience in curriculum development, design, and training preferably in a technology-related field.
· Prior experience in managing programs and working with partners is essential.
· Strong ability to empathize with participants, understanding their unique needs and challenges. This empathetic approach is crucial in building a sense of confidence and trust among participants, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all.

For positions in New York City, we offer a base pay of $111,800 - $195,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
