· 10+ years in Program development, Government, Talent Acquisition, HR, or other related fields.
· Proven experience in relationship building and program development preferably within the technology, software, government, higher ed or nonprofit industry with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets.
· Strong understanding of the roles and functions across ServiceNow business units.
· Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify challenges and provide effective workforce advancement solutions.
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
· Experience creating and executing roadmaps and training materials.
· Familiarity with talent acquisition strategies and best practices is a plus.
· Strong public speaking, presentation and written skills (including the development of plans, presentations and show flows).
· The candidate should be committed to ongoing learning and development and be open to receiving action-oriented feedback aligned to clear expectations.
· Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodology, practices and tools a plus.

For positions in New York City, we offer a base pay of $173,100 - $302,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
