About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Manager to lead the development and configuration of our Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Application Portfolio Management (APM) initiatives leveraging the ServiceNow platform. As the Manager for SPM and APM in ServiceNow, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our technology portfolio strategy, optimizing resource allocation, and driving business outcomes. You will lead a team of professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align technology investments with organizational objectives and priorities
Responsibilities:
· Lead a team of application developers and engineers responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications on the ServiceNow platform to support SPM and APM processes.
· Define and prioritize the roadmap for application development initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
· Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for ServiceNow applications, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
· Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for ServiceNow application development, configuration, and customization.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the functionality, usability, and performance of applications supporting SPM and APM processes.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT portfolio managers, business analysts, and quality assurance engineers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
· Provide leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to the application development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
