Job Description

ServiceNow is currently seeking a Global Partner Strategy Director in the Global Partnerships and Channels Organization.

The mission of the Global Partner Strategy leader is to design and drive the Global SIs partner strategy motion across the globe.

The leader will be responsible to develop the strategy and define the policy, process and system changes to support the fast pace growth of our Global SIs strategic partners.

The role also contributes to continuous evolution and enhancements to the overall transformation of our partner led model across the globe.

Priorities and Responsibilities:

  • Design and drive a partner strategy in alignment with our Sales Go-To-Market strategy and overall corporate strategy.
  • Conduct market and industry research validating key elements tied to partner strategy.
  • Formulate the best strategy with solid understanding of sales behavior and compensation.
  • Represent the Global Partnerships and Channels point of view along with socialization and approval process across various Organizations.
  • Collaborate with GPC sellers and leaders, field sellers & leaders including Solutions Consultants and field marketing.
  • Collaborate across ServiceNow Organizations and teams driving synergy and alignment between partner route-to-market vs direct.
  • Be the partner voice with our field sellers’ leaders and leadership.
  • Drive our strategy with the goal of supporting our field organization growing partner sourced Net New ACV
  • Understand partner Go-To-Market activities tied Sell Through and Sell With motions.
  • Articulate the partners’ value for driving a Sell with/Co-sell and Sell Through motion.
  • Evaluate different market needs and our direct sales coverage across different market and country tiers.

Qualifications

In order to qualify for and be successful in this role, you should have:

  • BA or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering.
  • 10+ years’ experience working in a consulting organization, partner organization in a Channels or Strategic partnership field role, partner strategy, partner programs or partner business management.
  • Consulting experience and working with Global SIs is a plus.
  • Experience in working with Resellers, Service Providers or Consulting and Implementation partners
  • Experience working in a SaaS / Cloud environment.
  • Experience in leveraging data analysis to help define the strategy.
  • High energy level and a “can do” attitude.
  • Strong and collaborative people skills with a win-as-a-team attitude.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, team environment while managing multiple competing priorities.
  • Diplomacy, integrity, and presence that enables you to work effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to interface and present to senior leadership.
  • Excellent presentation, communication skills, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Continuous improvement and growth mindset.
  • Working with a global team is a plus.

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $178,900 - $313,100, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
