ServiceNow is looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer. This senior engineer will join a team of Engineers, Product Managers, and Solution Architects within the IAM Development Team.
This position will include hands-on design/architecture, engineering and development of IAM solutions using the Sailpoint IIQ platform. Operating within DevOps and Agile frameworks as part of the IAM Product Management Model.

Play a pivotal role in the design/architecture, development, and implementation of best-in-class Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using Sailpoint IIQ
Work within, and across, Agile teams to enable a more secure Enterprise where the right people have access to the right resources at the right time
Collaborate with other engineering teams to design appropriate identity and access management solutions to ensure seamless identity integration
Design, develop, and implement technical solutions as part of our Identity and Access Management strategy to meet risk and compliance regulations
Partner with cross-functional teams to assess and address security risks across the ServiceNow landscape
Engage with the business users at different levels to understand Application Owner business needs, analyze, document, evaluate and prioritize requirements and make recommendations on the solution and implementation
Provide functional leadership during technology enhancements and upgrades implementations and work successfully as a liaison with various internal business technical partners
Deploy solutions through Continuous Improvement/Continuous Development strategies
Partner with the support organization to provide training, support and technical assistance to operations team and end users.
Be a strong team player that works well horizontally and vertically with others of varying skill levels and experience
