Job Description

We are a fun, fast paced team who work hard to design and execute integrated programs across the ANZ region. We work with key stakeholders, locally and overseas, to collaborate and develop great campaigns that deliver business results to meet our annual pipeline targets.


This is a Fixed Term Hire role, working within the ANZ Integrated Campaigns team with a focus on key areas:

  1. Planning and executing, integrated demand generation programs across Industry and Solution business unit’s including creating new business/pipeline opportunities and cross expanding across our customer base. This program will include communities and advocacy with our existing customers, leveraging Strategic Events and targeted cross sell/upsell programs such as workshops, masterclasses, digital.
  2. Supporting on strategic events and programs to support the overall ANZ Marketing team and business where required.

We are looking for a highly organised, goal-oriented, self-directed professional to join the team and be an active player in our larger marketing team. You will interact directly with key business leaders, global and regional campaign teams and ServiceNow business units to develop marketing strategy and plans - encompassing market awareness and demand generation programs designed to meet and be accountable for revenue targets.

Integrated program development, relationship management skills, adaptability and experience marketing in a high-technology, dynamic environment is crucial to your success.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Partner with ServiceNow business executives to understand the demands of their business, gathering insight and translating these business needs into the wider marketing strategy and execution plan. This includes regularly communicating results and learnings back to the business.
  • Build and execute marketing plans that result in measurable pipeline growth and revenue that will be reviewed regularly with your manager and team
  • Develop compelling and insightful programs to engage new clients across the business
  • Ability to build customer journeys and proficient in digital
  • Being able to partner and create value with the business on big deal pursuits
  • Build integrated campaigns partnering with APAC, Partners and Global teams to bring the best of ServiceNow to our clients.
  • Be a data native and use data and insights to monitor performance and ensure objectives are met
  • Integration with the training team to deliver consistent customer experiences
  • Manage agency resources to deliver campaigns and deliverables
  • Partner with our business development team tightly to manage and convert MQLs to SALs and regularly report and review this with the business.
  • Work with the advocacy team to develop client stories
  • Continually look at ongoing innovations and best practices to elevate the program, experience, and results.


In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • 8+ years of marketing experience in a technology environment directly supporting sales teams such as Campaign management or Performance Management
  • Experience in managing agencies to deliver marketing programs at scale.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across concurrent campaigns.
  • Be digitally savvy with a demonstrated understanding of the role of digital across integrated campaigns.
