Job Description

ServiceNow’s Success, Technology, Experience, and Platform (STEP) org is the largest organization in the company, comprised of all Products and Platform teams, along with our world class Customer Success and Experience teams. We are leveraging the unlimited potential of our platform across every industry, geography, solutions, and personas to consistently deliver product and platform experiences our customers love.

Seeking an analytical and strategic operations Analyst to join the Strategic Product Operations & Program Management team supporting our Chief Operating Officer and SVP, Strategic Business Operations in driving strategic priorities and operational excellence across the organization. The visibility and exposure of this role is rare. The Analyst will develop a deep strategic understanding of ServiceNow’s business across its full product suite. This role is highly collaborative, providing an opportunity to become a key business partner, establishing strong relationships with a broad set of stakeholders across ServiceNow.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence for STEP’s portfolio, in partnership with stakeholders.
  • Develop metrics, milestones, and programs to ensure successful execution.
  • Support operational cadences (e.g., Strategic Long-Range Planning, Portfolio Analysis, etc.)
  • Drive action items to closure through administrative leadership (e.g., business reviews) and support STEP events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Finance, Marketing etc.) to identify opportunities, unlock productivity and accelerate execution.
  • Improve operational excellence through execution of strategic initiatives that create efficiencies and process optimization.
  • Support consensus-building across teams and ensure surgical execution and handoffs to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of work experience, preferably in Operations, Product Management, Finance, Management Consulting, or Strategy roles.
  • High energy, disciplined execution skills, and willingness to do whatever it takes to deliver results.
  • Work independently and be highly productive with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to see the big picture while also being execution-oriented to improve operational excellence.
  • Effective communicator, able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience in building trusting relationships and influencing others.
  • Team player and self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced and often ambiguous environments.
  • Expertise in the enterprise software/ SaaS industry a plus
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or other Graduate degree preferred.
