Databricks is looking for a Senior Manager, Indirect Tax, to join our Finance organization. This person will lead the planning function of the tax department and improve the quality and accuracy of our international tax disclosures in our financial statements and tax returns. The ideal candidate will be a creative self-starter who is highly organized and energized by working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity to have a leadership role in a high-growth organization that is building its tax capabilities for scale. This position will report to the Senior Director of Tax and team with a number of cross-functional leaders, both inside and outside the Finance department.
The Senior Manager, Indirect Tax will work with the tax team leadership to optimize the company's global tax position, with a strong focus on U.S. Sales and Use tax matters as well as global GST/VAT and other indirect tax matters.
