Office Policy: Fully remote with expectation for travel once or twice per quarter to relevant business gatherings (QBR, Kickoff, Offsite, in-person training, etc.)
About the Role:
The Enablement team is committed to ensuring our Go-To-Market organization has the processes, skills, and technical and product expertise necessary to effectively engage with customers and partners throughout their journey. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in field enablement, a deep understanding of adult learning principles, and knowledge with Data and AI technologies.
In this role, you will own, implement, and deliver on large-scale field enablement programs such as sales and technical onboarding, working cross-functionally across teams to boost the productivity of our Field teams.
We're seeking someone passionate about enablement, able to collaborate with SMEs with strong expertise in data & AI in designing and delivering innovative, tailored programs for the field. Given the technical nature of this position, a strong technical background is preferred.
In this role, you will collaborate with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cross-functional enablement teams to ensure our programs are grounded in real-world requirements. Your ability to understand and communicate technical concepts will be key to building and delivering effective training modules.
You will have a strategic mindset, strong program management, and delivery and facilitation skills which will be crucial in driving the effectiveness of the programs.
The Impact You Will Have:
- Design, develop, and scale the field onboarding program that enhances the skills and productivity of customer-facing roles within the Field organization. Your programs will focus on onboarding, setting up role-specific responsibilities, and supporting the technical sales cycle.
- Deliver and facilitate content and training modules, oversee the smooth and successful delivery of the field programs end to end with learner experience.
- Collaborate closely with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and enablement teams to create and curate content that reflects the latest product updates, platform advancements, and industry best practices, ensuring our field teams are prepared to handle complex customer scenarios.
- Lead initiatives that integrate real-world use cases and scenarios into the program, allowing field teams to apply their skills in practical, scenario-based learning environments.
- Develop and implement assessment frameworks and establish productivity metrics to continuously measure the effectiveness of the program [e.g., reducing ramp time, driving employee confidence, etc.]
- Instrument mechanisms to collect feedback and performance data to continuously refine and enhance program approach and effectiveness.
What We Look For:
- Deep experience in developing and delivering training & enablement, ideally in a Tech / data-focused company.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Experience working closely with SMEs to develop accurate and effective training content is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in facilitating enablement programs tailored to technical, customer-facing roles, with a focus on role-specific skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong program management skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, coupled with a strong executive presence and the ability to effectively influence and engage large audiences.
- A strategic thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity and capable of adapting to rapidly changing environments while maintaining a focus on long-term goals.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies that drive performance and productivity.
- Willingness and flexibility with travel, upto 50% of the time to deliver and facilitate
Pay Range Transparency

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. Zone 3 Pay Range
$91,800—$162,400 USD
