The Databricks Learning and Enablement team is on a mission to upskill Data and AI professionals in all organizations to use Databricks and accelerate business success and outcomes. The Senior Partner Enablement Executive will be responsible for driving the success of Databricks’ partner ecosystem by designing and delivering effective enablement programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our partners. This is a Global role and will collaborate with both regional and cross-functional teams, including sales, product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure partners are equipped with the tools, resources, and strategies to successfully market, sell, and implement our Data and AI platform. This role is key to accelerating our growth and scaling our business through our partner network. The Learning and Enablement team is seen throughout Databricks as a strategic driver for increasing adoption and success.
