Databricks is looking to fill the position of Manager, Finance Commercialization, PMO and Operations reporting to the Senior Manager, Finance Commercialization, PMO and Operations. As a strategic owner driving innovation and efficiency at scale, you will partner with the Finance teams across Order to Revenue (Revenue Operations, Billing, Revenue Accounting, Revenue Assurance), Accounting, FP&A, as well as work cross-functionally with teams such as IT, Go-to-market, Pricing and Sales Operations.
Planning, leading and executing on global, cross-functional, enterprise-wide projects that impact the Finance organization should be your passion. The ability to plan and execute effectively while collaborating across teams and locations will be key to success in this role. In this role you will remove friction for the Finance team by developing organization-wide standards, leading programs, including communications, reporting and metrics, optimizing processes, and driving technology improvements.
The impact you will have:
- Intake, prioritization and capacity planning across the organization
- Go to person for project information including detailed project plans, resource allocations, risks/issues remediation, status reporting, and metrics
- Ability to manage multiple complex cross-functional programs at once
- Design and improve processes through analysis of current state, capturing pain points/gaps, developing future state process flows, and executing roadmaps
- Become a trusted advisor and partner with subject matter experts to understand their goals, processes, and pain points to deliver solutions
- Drive standardization of Order-To-Cash processes and identify automation opportunities
- Build and support reporting to facilitate Order-to-Cash processes and analyses
What we look for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
- 5+ years of experience working in Finance or Accounting function
- 5+ years of leading cross-functional projects and programs
- Strong experience in program management, executive communications, reporting and metrics
- Experience in process design, mapping and optimization
- Expert-level presentation skills including developing Google Slides presentations
- Understanding of global Quote-to-Cash processes including order management, billing, collections, cash application, and revenue recognition, as well as general Accounting understanding
- Experience with SOX controls on both the business process and IT side
- Experience with JIRA and other project management tools
- SaaS industry experience

The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. Zone 2 Pay Range
$108,600—$192,300 USD
Zone 3 Pay Range
