We are looking for a Sr. Group Manager, Web Product to join our growing Web Marketing team at Databricks. You will report directly to the Sr. Director, Web Marketing. This role sits within the broader Marketing Technology business unit.
As the Sr. Group Manager, Web Product at Databricks, you will own the databricks.com product strategy and roadmap globally and manage a high-performing team that runs all programs and initiatives from strategy to execution. You have a strong grasp of product growth, testing, and personalization; with a data-driven approach to continually optimize the site for pipeline generation.
In addition, you have a deep understanding of website user experience, best practices, localization and SEO. You have experience developing website strategy and vision including working with cross-functional teams that are both technical and non-technical to deliver on the product roadmap. You are comfortable presenting to an executive audience with the ability to influence change. You understand how high-velocity marketing teams work and have experience scaling a team or function in a high-growth company.
