Overview
The People Systems Analyst will be a crucial member of the People Systems team, reporting to the Director of People Operations and Systems at Carbon Health. This role is ideal for a data and process-centric, tech-savvy, self-starting, problem-solver early in their career in HR technology. This role will provide services and support in systems maintenance and administration (primarily Workday), reporting and analytics, as well as providing help desk support as needed. Experience with Workday is highly desirable, but not a strict requirement for this role. Experience with other enterprise HR systems like SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, UKG, and ADP Workforce Now are useful starting points. This role demands the capacity to self-determine and resolve knowledge gaps quickly through a combination of on-the-job training, utilization of publicly available documentation and supporting resources, self-directed experimentation, and practical application of learnings to develop real-world solutions.
All candidate email communication will be done through an @carbonhealth.com email address. If you ever receive communication regarding a job posting from an entity that does not match that or seems concerning, please contact
