About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-driven Talent Operations Partner to lead the operational backbone of our Talent Acquisition function. This person will manage the tools, workflows, and processes that power our hiring engine. Our project manager will leverage technology to its fullest potential and transform data into actionable insights. This role is a key partner to the People, IT, and hiring teams to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and new hires.

Role Responsibilities

  • Recruiting Operations:
    • Own end-to-end administration and optimization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including workflows, integrations, user permissions, and data integrity
    • Build, maintain, and continuously improve recruiting processes, templates, and SLAs
    • Develop, deliver and automate recruiting dashboards, metrics, and reports to drive data-informed decision making
    • Support recruiter and hiring manager enablement through tools, training, and documentation
    • Research and provide compensation benchmarks and salary ranges to recruiters and hiring managers using internal data and external market surveys to ensure competitive and equitable offers across roles and levels.
    • Ensure compliance with internal and external policies
    • Lead and/or contribute to recruiting operations projects from concept and planning through successful execution and post-implementation review
  • Onboarding:
    • Own the pre-boarding and onboarding experience for all new hires, partnering closely with People, IT, and hiring managers
    • Standardize and manage new hire communications, checklists, system access, and Day 1 readiness
    • Track onboarding effectiveness and continuously improve the process for scalability and experience
    • Serve as point of contact for operational onboarding questions and escalations

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of experience in recruiting operations, people programs, or HR systems management within a fast paced/high growth environment
  • Expert level administrative experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Strong preference for Greenhouse administrative experience
  • Familiarity with onboarding tools (e.g., Namely, Workday, or similar)
  • Experience with job leveling frameworks and compensation benchmarking. Radford preferred
  • Strong analytical, project management, and documentation skills
  • Demonstrated experience in process mapping, optimization and implementation with a passion for efficiency gains and user experience
  • Excellent communicating skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • Pro-active, self-motivated individual with a strong problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to continuous improvement
  • Highly organize and meticulous attention to detail
  • Demonstrates a strong bias for action, effectively managing multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, scaling environment with minimal oversight.
  • Greenhouse experience a plus

Compensation

The annual salary range for this role as it is posted is $85,000 - $111,000. The final job level and annual salary will be determined based on the education, qualification, knowledge, skills, ability, and experience of the final candidate(s), specific office location and calibrated against relevant market data and internal team equity.
