Job Description:

As we grow globally, our Revenue Operations team plays a critical role in ensuring data accuracy, process rigor, and operational efficiency to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist based in Chile to own and improve our data quality and automation processes. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about turning messy data into trustworthy insights.
Data Hygiene & Quality
Own ongoing data standardization efforts in Salesforce (SFDC) and related tools.
Ensure that sales, marketing, and customer success teams have complete and accurate data.
Monitor data quality and follow up with stakeholders to maintain compliance with processes.
Process Compliance & Enablement
Track completion of required fields and workflows, ensuring team adoption.
Act as the go-to person for operational questions and troubleshooting.
Support purchase order (PO) completion and other operational tasks tied to finance and accounting.
Systems & Automation
Test and troubleshoot SFDC processes, reporting issues, and driving fixes for better data quality.
Own and administer Cloudingo (or another deduplication tool) to reduce duplicate and incomplete records.
Build and maintain automation using AI and other tools to increase operational efficiency.
Continuous Improvement
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Identify and implement new tools, workflows, and automation to optimize the revenue engine.
Document and share best practices to support global adoption.
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC), data quality management, and automation tools.
Experience with Cloudingo or other deduplication/data-cleaning solutions (preferred).
Strong attention to detail with the ability to enforce process rigor across teams.
Comfort working with POs, workflows, and cross-functional handoffs.
Analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns and propose scalable fixes.
Experience with AI-driven automation tools is a plus.
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
