Job Description:
Position Title: Senior Sales Enablement Manager
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Enablement Manager to design, maintain, and execute world-class enablement programs that empower our Sales, Account Management, and Solution Engineering teams. This role will ensure our customer-facing teams are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to drive revenue growth, exceed customer expectations, and deliver exceptional value.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the development, maintenance, and delivery of enablement programs across Sales, Account Management, and Solution Engineering functions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts, product marketing, operations, and leadership to ensure all learning content and resources are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business priorities.
Continuously update and refine the enablement curriculum and assets to reflect changes in products, markets, buyer needs, and competitive landscape.
Develop engaging, effective, and scalable training materials, including presentations, playbooks, e-learning modules, videos, and live workshops.
Facilitate or support the delivery of training sessions—both in-person and virtual—ensuring high engagement and strong knowledge retention.
Assess team performance through knowledge checks, certifications, and feedback, and identify opportunities to improve enablement effectiveness.
Track, analyze, and report on enablement program adoption and outcomes, using metrics to measure impact on productivity and performance.
Leverage internal resources (e.g., Learning Management Systems, knowledge bases, product documentation) to curate and disseminate relevant content.
Build a strong feedback loop with Sales, Account Managers, and Solution Engineers to identify learning gaps and proactively address needs.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or related roles, preferably in the enterprise software or technology industry.
Proven track record of building and scaling enablement programs for diverse customer-facing teams.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern pedagogical approaches.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and deliver engaging presentations.
Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS), content authoring tools, and sales enablement platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Compensation Pay Range:
$121,207.00 - $163,629.00
Salary Information
The base salary range is specific to the United States. The salary of the final candidate selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, work location, specialty and training. If the final candidate has a different level of experience, the base salary target range may be lower or higher than what is published.
