Job Description:
Who You Are:
We’re looking for a driven & energetic Data Engineer III to join our team where you can apply your passion for turning data into actionable insights. As a member of the Data & Analytics department, you’ll be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing source data, implementing the data pipelines from applications to analytical models and toolsets in use throughout the business. You should have experience in all of this plus collaborating across a wide range of business functions to create professional data solutions using established as well as cutting edge tools. You will be part of our drive to promote a data culture plus effective & efficient use of our data resources.

What You’ll Be Doing:
API Data Extraction using AWS & Python.
Understand the data flow and interfacing systems in order to build marts / warehouse with DBT
Model Dims & Marts
Conduct data analysis and discovery to identify trends and correlations to uncover insights. Recommend information that should be analyzed based on key indicators, work to diagnose root causes and/or identify areas for improvement.
Oversee the building and production of data solutions working closely with the members of your team, other Data & Analytics teams and the key stakeholders in the business.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into clear analytics deliverables.
Ensure quality results through accurate data extraction, data cleanup, and audits.
Complete data analysis.
Evaluate industry developments and market trends to conduct in-depth benchmarking.
You should have:
Self-directed individual with 5 - 8 years of experience working in data & analytics, ideally in a high-growth environment.
Strong SQL skills.
Strong Python skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Github and CI/CD.
Desirable
Dimensional Modeling / Data warehouse Design skills
AWS data engineering experience
DBT skills
Data Orchestration experience
