Job Description:

We’re a pre-IPO, Data Intelligence company based out of Redwood City, CA. This role is a hybrid role, and requires being in the office once a week (Office based by Liverpool St in London)

What You'll Be Doing:
POD structure - work strategically with 2 AEs, Marketing, and Partnerships to qualify inbound leads and outbound prospects into assigned territories.
Conduct pre-call research and create personalized, targeted messaging and utilize tools (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Zoominfo, Seamless, Lusha, Orum, TechTarget, Qualified, Salesforce, etc) to connect with prospects (expect 75+ calls per day).
Target all levels in the organization (individual contributors, managers, directors, VPs, CXOs) - discussing the value of Alation to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Represent Alation at in-person events, meeting prospects and customers.
Consistently work toward pipeline targets and ultimately progress career forward into multiple paths (AE, AM, SE, etc).
What You Should Have:
BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
1-2+ years of related or transferrable work experience.
Drive towards establishing a sales/sales leadership career.
The ability to work independently in an environment that changes rapidly.
A positive attitude, a focus on customer success, and a desire to build a world-class company, as well as the willingness to work closely with other functions within Alation to achieve that.
A data analysis background is a big plus.
