We are seeking a motivated Associate Research Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating in vivo studies. We are looking for a team-player who thrives in a fast-paced work environment and above all, someone who can learn and grow with us.
How you might spend your days
- Interacting directly with external vendors to ensure timely and accurate requests are communicated
- Collaborating with teams across the company to coordinate logistics, timelines and scientific output from in vivo studies
- Generating & coordinating reports and documentation to ensure the smooth transfer of information among internal and external teams
- Solving problems, reviewing, analyzing, interpreting and communicating data to support data-driven decision making
- Potential to support hands-on work in labs to produce robust data sets from various sample types, including dose solutions and biological samples

- You take pride in being detail-oriented and self-motivated
- You have a BSc in a relevant field, plus 2-5 years of experience in an academic or industry environment
- You are a creative problem solver with the ability to identify project needs, construct and implement solutions
- You have exceptional documentation and organizational skills
- You have excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as a member of a cross-functional team
- You have experience with in vivo study coordination/logistics, authoring/reviewing experimental protocols and reports to ensure appropriate datasets are accurately generated (desirable)
What we offer
AbCellera’s hiring range for this role is CAD $60,500 - $75,600 annually, commensurate with your education and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, we offer equity, annual bonus dependent on team and company performance, and a 6% (non-match) RRSP contribution.
